Katie prioritizes negotiation and knowing the ever changing inventory and economic conditions of the real estate market. She recognizes that whether buying or selling, the transfer of property is more than just a transaction. It is an important and highly individualized experience. Katie places great emphasis on listening to her clients needs, wants, and concerns and makes sure she does everything in her power to realize their goals. Coupled with an eye for design, Katie finds her buyers homes that they can't wait to live in at prices that reflect the best deal possible. For sellers she conveys the gems and unique characteristics of their homes to earn their highest value.

Born and raised in New York City, Katie honed her real estate skills working for the high end real estate company Douglas Elliman. Amidst the city's fast paced environment, she learned how to create a quality deal within a short period of time. After years of searching, Katie arrived in West Sonoma and immediately knew she had found the place she would soon call home. She brings her multifaceted knowledge of art, architecture, and design to her residential real estate practice.

Katie has a MA in Contemporary Art from Sotheby's Institute of Art, as well as a WELL AP designation from the International WELL Building Institute. She has served as a healthy materials consultant for the Marin and SF based green building consulting company, Healthy Building Science and has been a curator for a myriad of galleries throughout New York City and San Francisco.
